01. The order

Where are materials and designs sourced?

Casita de Alma products are crafted with premium quality materials. All of our designs are handmade.  

We work with skilled craftsmen who meet the brands quality of workmanship and ethical distinction. Current materials and handmade fashions, and manufacturing are sourced from the U.S., Spain, and Portugal.

How are orders packaged?

Casita de Alma chooses a unique and classic packaging approach. A nostalgic and timeless appeal. All of our packaging is chosen in purpose to be lovingly reused. All orders are shipped in an unbranded container for porch security.

We do not attach hang tags to avoid fabric disruption and frustrating removals. Instead, your garment details will be listed on the accompanying invoice/receipt.

INSIDE THE BOX: We use natural fabrics instead of tissue paper to wrap your garments – our gift to you to use for creative projects or quality time spent crafting with a loved one. 

Elegant unbranded black chiffon ribbon is for you to tie a future bow of love and warm another heart.

02. Shipment

When do I receive my order?

Orders are happily shipped within 3 business days from date of confirmed order.  A tracking order number will be supplied to the email listed on the order as you excitedly await your treasures. 

I now see the longer delivery time of (a part of) my order. How can I cancel it?

If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen, it is of course possible to cancel (a part of) the order as long as the items have not yet shipped.  For this you may contact us at smiles@casita-alma. The purchase amount will be refunded back to the original form of payment. If the order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

03. Returns, exchanges and complaints​

How can I return or exchange a Casita de Alma product?

Free returns and exchanges are accepted for original condition, unworn and unwashed merchandise within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Merchandise that has been altered, washed, on sale or markdown, are indicated as final sale are not returnable.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment

I am not happy with my order and/or don’t like the presentation?
